Level 3: Using the Grief Monitoring Diary and Other Self-Regulation Strategies in CGT

This workshop will focus on common problems with self-regulation associated with loss of a loved one. We will discuss strategies and techniques used to address these problems in CGT using methods designed to foster the bereaved person’s natural adaptive processes. We will also address strategies for troubleshooting. Following the CGT companionship alliance model, we will examine ways of foster client engagement in reflecting on their grief experiences as recorded using the Grief Monitoring Diary.
- Licensed Mental Health Professional
- Completion of a Level 2 Workshop or its equivalent
Registration Fee: $150.00
Registration Deadline: Registration to this event is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. The registration deadline is Friday, March 10th at 12 noon EST. Please note that registration will be closed once all of our slots our filled, which may be in advance of this deadline. All registration sales are online only, no exceptions.

NJ Social Workers: The NJ State Board of Social Work Examiners has approved programs at CSWE accredited institutions as a source of continuing education hours. Columbia School of Social Work is a CSWE accredited institution.
